Maurica Wildasin

Maurica Wildasin has over two decades of experience in human resources and team development, currently serving as the Manager of Team Member Development at WellSpan Health since September 2010, following roles as Staff Development Coordinator and Senior HR Representative. Prior experience includes nearly a decade as Administrative Manager at Manpower and a tenure as Membership Director for York SHRM from 2009 to 2010. Maurica holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University and an Associate's degree in Specialized Business with a focus in Computerized Office Management from Consolidated School of Business, complemented by foundational education at Delone Catholic High School.
