Dr. Lukas Klipper

Dr. Lukas Klipper, LL.M. serves as General Counsel at KKA Partners since February 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Legal Counsel (Investment) & Compliance at KENFO from November 2018 to February 2023. Dr. Klipper possesses extensive legal expertise in alternative investments, covering areas such as private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate, and private debt, with competencies in legal and tax due diligence, fund structuring, compliance, corporate governance, and ESG. Prior legal roles include Associate at Linklaters with a focus on M&A and regulatory matters, as well as clerkships at Linklaters and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Public Law from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Master's Degree in Public Law from the University of Cape Town, among other legal degrees.
