Miffy Pei-Shan Hsiao

Miffy Pei-Shan Hsiao has extensive experience in technical product and project management, currently serving as a Technical Product Manager at KKBOX since April 2016, where responsibilities include designing billing and membership systems, enhancing server structures, and bridging communications between Japan and Taiwan teams. Prior to this role, Miffy worked at Synology as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, focusing on testing network attached systems, and at Sun Net Technology Corporation Limited and NCHC in project management positions overseeing e-learning software and online platforms. Miffy holds a Graduate degree in Ethnomusicology, a Bachelor of Science in Information and Learning Technology, and an undergraduate degree in Music Engineering.
