Monika Sierak

Monika Sierak is a seasoned professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Professional Development Manager at K&L Gates since July 2021, overseeing initiatives across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to this role, Monika held various positions at KPMG from February 2017 to June 2021, including Learning Deployment Team Leader and Training Operations Coordinator for the EMEA region. Monika’s earlier experience includes HR-related roles with JTI (Japan Tobacco International) and internships at SEPHORA and Bank Pekao. An alumna of the University of Warsaw, Monika completed education from 2011 to 2017, gaining extensive knowledge and skills in human resources and professional development.
