Samantha Delee

Samantha DeLee is a Corporate Project Finance Associate at K&L Gates, specializing in M&A transactions, power purchase agreements, debt financing, and project management within the energy and corporate sectors. Previously, Samantha worked at Stoel Rives LLP focusing on M&A in the renewable energy sector and tax equity financing. At Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, experience included negotiating collateral assignment agreements for a major investment bank and overseeing due diligence reviews, while also managing multiple complex deals for Fortune 500 companies. Earlier, as the owner of Slusarczyk Law, LLC, Samantha provided legal services for small businesses and engaged in pro bono work. Additional roles included consulting on state income and franchise tax at Ryan, as well as positions at Orrick and as a writing tutor and technical writer during academic years. Educational credentials include a JD from Florida Coastal School of Law with a Business Certificate, and a BA in English from Drexel University, supplemented by study abroad in Human Rights and Development in Costa Rica.
