Jennifer Burnep-Hobbs is a seasoned professional in employee benefits management with over 17 years of experience. Currently serving as the US Benefits Manager at KLA since February 2023, Jennifer aligns with Total Rewards vision and strategy to enhance the employee experience and attract key talent. Previously, as Senior Director of Employee Benefits at UBF Consulting, Inc., operational oversight was provided for a range of benefit programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and conducting marketing analysis. At Huntington National Bank, Jennifer held the role of Assistant Vice President, focusing on large group benefit plans and strategic goals execution. Additionally, Jennifer spent nearly nine years as the Director of Health & Wellness Program at The Employers' Association, where strategic plans and initiatives were developed and implemented. Beginning a career at Hylant as a Client Service Manager, Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from The University of Toledo in 2010.
