Michele Emmons

Michele Emmons currently serves as the US Benefits Manager at Mastronardi Produce, starting in September 2023. Previously, Michele worked at AppHarvest from May 2020 to November 2023 in various roles, including Benefits Program Manager and Benefits Specialist, where responsibilities included the management of the Benefits module during a UKG implementation and the configuration of Open Enrollment sessions. Prior experience also includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist at SRG Global and as an On Site Manager at Precision Staffing, Inc. Additionally, Michele worked as a Human Resource Benefit Coordinator at Family Dollar Distribution Center and attended Morehead State University, earning a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Maysville Community and Technical College.
