Yoav Manor

Yoav Manor is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Software Team Lead at KLA since January 2022, Yoav specializes in C# and C development. Prior to this role, Yoav spent over 15 years at Elbit Systems Ltd, where accomplishments included establishing an automation team for avionics software projects and managing agile software development teams focused on complex navigation and mission awareness systems. Yoav's early career includes leadership positions at MOD (8200), where responsibilities encompassed leading teams in software development and database administration related to data analysis and business intelligence. Yoav holds an MBA and a BA in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
