Daniela Torre Morfín has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Daniela began their career as a Human Resources Analyst at Fundación AMPRE in 2015. In 2018, they moved to Fundacion ParaLife Mexico S.A. de C.V. as a Human Resources Administration Analyst. In 2021, they joined Experis España as a Consultant - Engineering, where they managed national and international selection processes for managerial positions, middle managers, and specialist positions. Daniela also performed Recruitment 2.0, direct search, and headhunting. Later in 2021, they moved to Experis as a Consultant- Banking & Finance, where they acted as a Talent Consultant of Banking, Real Estate, Financial Services, Tax & Legal, and Insurance sectors. Finally, they joined Klar as a Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Daniela Torre Morfín has an extensive education history. Daniela began their studies in 2014 at Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte, where they earned a degree in Psychology in 2018. In 2020, they enrolled at EAE Business School and earned a Master in Human Resources Management, as well as a Minor in Leadership and Organizational Behavior. Daniela also earned a Minor in Agile Project Management and a Scrum Certificate from European Scrum. Additionally, they have completed several workshops, including a Workshop in Accompaniment Therapy from Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte, a Workshop on Disability from Fundación ParaLife, and a Workshop on Inclusion in the Workplace from Fundación ParaLife. Lastly, they have completed a Workshop on Integral Well-Being of People from Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte.
