Ivette Ayala

Ivette Ayala has a wealth of experience in the professional world. Ivette is currently the Head of Engagement & User Analytics at Klar and the Head of Acquisition - Mobile Payments at Mercado Pago. Prior to their current roles, they were the Operations & Strategy Lead for Mexico & Brazil at DiDi from 2019-2021. From 2016-2019, they were the Director at HASTA Capital. Ivette also completed an MBA at The Wharton School in 2016 and was a Summer Fellow at Potential Energy in 2015. Before that, they were a Senior Financial Analyst at Johnson & Johnson from 2011-2015.

Ivette Ayala completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2011. In 2009, they participated in an International Exchange program at the University of Technology Sydney, studying Engineering/Industrial Management. In 2014, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School. In 2021, they enrolled in The Wharton School's Executive Education | Fintech: Transformative Financial Services and Strategies Program.
