Sanjiv Pradhan

Sanjiv Pradhan is an experienced software engineer with a background in back end development, development consulting, and network security consulting. Sanjiv began their career in 2016 as a Network Security Consultant at Reliance Jio. In 2019, they joined Zwayam as a Software Engineer I and then a Software Engineer II, where they built a new API from scratch that performed 90% faster than the legacy API, improved the performance of the queries by 90% by implementing database caching, and enhanced user experience by creating facets for filtering jobs by various categories. In 2021, they joined ThoughtWorks as a Development Consultant, where they increased API performance by 60% by restructuring the API and reduced consumer lag in Kafka by 100% by re-engineering the event consumption flow. Currently, they are a Back End Developer at Klar, a position they began in 2022.

Sanjiv Pradhan attended Central Institute of Technology, Kokrajhar from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a degree in Information Technology with a field of study in Computer Science.
