Amin Mousavi

Amin Mousavi has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Amin's most recent position is at Klarna, where they currently work as an Engineering Manager L4 in the Card Payments Experience team. They lead a cross-functional team across multiple locations, serve as a tech lead to ensure efficient customer experiences, and collaborate with the product manager to align team goals.

Prior to Klarna, Amin served as a Technical Lead for the Statements LEAP team, where they led the transition to a new Klarna card in the UK. They collaborated with product managers to refine the product and user experience, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Amin also worked as an Engineering Manager L3 in the Card & Banking Discovery team, where they stepped up during layoffs to rebuild team spirit and mitigate uncertainty. They assisted senior engineers in professional growth opportunities and onboarded product managers smoothly.

Before joining Klarna, Amin gained experience at Viaplay AB as a Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer for the Web Platform/Web Player. They also worked as a Full Stack Developer at a Mobile Marketing Data Analysis Company, a Senior Frontend Developer at SinanSoft Inc., and held multiple positions at Realtyna, including Principal Frontend Developer, Head of QA, and Senior Software Engineer.

Amin's career began as a Senior Software Engineer at Asre Fara Ertebat, followed by a Software Engineer role at Aftab Co. and Persheh Pardazesh. They have showcased their expertise in various technologies, including React Native, Node.js, Kafka, and cloud services on AWS.

Amin Mousavi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Islamic Azad University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In 2018, they also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
