Ana Suárez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ana began their career as an Innovation Department Intern at Atos, where they worked on consulting projects and conducted research on various technologies. Ana then moved on to La Locomotora, where they were responsible for developing branding and social media strategies as a Marketing professional.

Ana then joined Accenture as a Business & Integration Architecture Analyst, where they supported large implementations and led sessions with clients for requirements gathering. Ana also played a key role in the Reporting & Analytics area, overseeing the implementation of numerous reports and strategic dashboards.

After that, Ana worked at gategroup as the Global Reporting & Analytics Lead. In this role, they led a team responsible for delivering internal analytics projects, designing and managing executive dashboards, and implementing reporting governance. Ana also served as the functional owner and Workday reporting SME for the parallel Learning and Recruitment implementation.

Currently, Ana is working at Klarna as a People Systems Accountable and Competence Lead | Workday. Ana'sresponsibilities include leading the Workday team in the implementation of a global payroll vendor, providing analysis for requirements, and streamlining the payroll process to save time and reduce errors. Ana is also responsible for security updates, troubleshooting, maintenance, and analysis of potential changes.

Throughout their career, Ana has demonstrated strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and expertise in Workday implementation and reporting.

Ana Suárez has a degree in Business Management and Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Ana also holds a Master's degree in Digital Business from the Digital Innovation Center and a degree in Business Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. Ana has also participated in the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry program at Lehigh University. In addition to their educational background, Ana has obtained several certifications, including Workday Customer Project Manager Training, Workday Scorecard, Workday Composite Reporting, Workday Advanced Consulting Reporting & Analytics, and Workday HCM. Ana has also achieved an IELTS C1 certification.
