Ashley Westcott has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Merchandising Intern at Randa Accessories in 2010. Ashley then worked as a Sales Intern at Ralph Lauren in 2011. In 2012, they joined Bloomingdale's, where they held various positions such as Assistant Buyer, Senior Assistant Buyer, and Omnichannel Business Manager for Women's Ready-to-Wear. During their time at Bloomingdale's, they demonstrated skills in vendor negotiation, advertising budget management, and coordinating international/leased vendors.
In 2015, Ashley joined Wunderkind (formerly BounceX) and took on roles such as Customer Success Director, Enterprise Customer Success Director, and Director of Strategic Accounts. Ashley'sresponsibilities included onboarding and managing accounts with a combined annual recurring revenue (ARR) of over $2M, developing lead acquisition and optimization strategies, and managing direct reports on project and client management skills.
More recently, Ashley joined Klarna in 2020. Ashley first served as a Senior Commercial Lead before moving on to become the Head of Operations for the UK, Ireland, and Netherlands. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Product for Global Business Intelligence.
Ashley Westcott began their education at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 2008 to 2012. Ashley pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and focused on majors in Marketing and International Business, with a minor in French. In 2011, they also had the opportunity to participate in a study abroad program at NEGOCIA - Centre international de formation à la vente et à la négociation commerciale, where they specialized in International Business. Then, in 2019, Ashley attended Flatiron School, completing a Full Stack Web Development Immersive program.
