Carlos Iniguez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carlos began their career as a Trainee in Valuations & Business Modelling at EY in 2012, where they gained experience in business valuations and financial analysis. Carlos also had a role as a Trainee in Transaction Services, where they provided support in due diligence projects. In 2013, Carlos became a Junior Auditor at EY, where they worked directly with clients and discovered their interest in sales and commercial strategy. Carlos later became a Senior Auditor, leading different stages of the audit process and having direct contact with executives and directors of each client. In 2017, Carlos co-founded and became the CEO of ONE OAK, a startup focused on leading the green revolution in the fashion industry. There, they led business development and operations, promoting sustainability and fighting climate change. Currently, Carlos works at Klarna, a global fintech company, as the Head of Partner Success (Team Lead). Carlos also previously held the position of Business Development Manager, where they helped top retailers optimize performance and generate traffic through innovative payment methods.

Carlos Iniguez has a diverse education history. Carlos completed their Bilingual Master in Accounting and Auditing at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 2013 to 2014, focusing on finance and accounting. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - E2 from the same university between 2008 and 2013, specializing in finance. Additionally, Carlos obtained their Senior High School Diploma from Royal Valley High School in Warwick, New York in 2007, completing their senior year there in 2006.
