Elana Kaye has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elana began their career at MagiCAD Sweden as a Sales Representative, where they focused on selling software licenses to engineers in the building industry. Elana then moved on to Sidekix, where they worked as a Marketing Strategist, responsible for various marketing tasks including social media strategy, content creation, and data analysis.

In 2016, Elana joined Cornerstone OnDemand as a Business Development Associate. Elana was responsible for growing the pipeline for Integrated Talent Management software within Mid-Market accounts in the Nordics. Elana identified and qualified sales opportunities for SaaS-based software and built strong relationships with decision-makers within target accounts. Elana was later promoted to Senior Business Development Associate, where they continued to contribute to the company's growth.

In 2019, Elana worked as a DevOps Recruiter at Averity, where they focused on recruiting for DevOps roles. Most recently, they joined Klarna as an Account Manager, Partner Success. Elana'srole involves managing accounts and ensuring success for Klarna's partners in the US Tech and Lifestyle Retail sector.

Elana Kaye attended Reichman University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General.
