Felix Thron

Felix Thron began their work experience in 2010 at Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf, where they served in various roles such as Corporate Clients Trainee, Executive Assistant - Strategy & Sales Management, Associate - Strategy & Sales Management, and completed an apprenticeship as a banker. In 2017, they joined VR-NetWorld GmbH as a Product Manager, where they advised customers on strategic orientation and digitalization, managed product distribution, and developed new digital products. In 2020, Felix joined N26 Group as a Senior Associate in Process Automation & Efficiency - Banking Operations, where they initiated automation projects and prioritized digitization initiatives. Felix then became the Manager for Global Banking Operations Excellence, overseeing scalability and efficiency measures. Currently, Felix is employed at Klarna as a Senior Manager - Card & Banking Processes and Operations, leading a large team focused on operational excellence, customer experience, and regulatory compliance in Card & Banking. Felix has built a cross-functional team and streamlined operations using Business Process Management methodology to increase compliance, scalability, and cost savings.

Felix Thron obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Finance from Hochschule für Finanzwirtschaft & Management from 2010 to 2014. During the same period from 2010 to 2012, they also completed an apprenticeship in Bank- und Finanzdienstleistungen (Banking and Financial Services) at Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf. In 2011, they received the IHK zertifizierter jMS Abschluss (certified jMS degree) from the jMS - Junior Management School, specializing in Management. Later, Felix attended HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management from 2016 to 2019 and earned a Master of Science degree in Management. Furthermore, they have additional certifications in Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals from the University of Virginia, acquired in December 2020, and Digital Transformation from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), obtained in November 2020.
