Filipe Amaro started their work experience in 2016 as a Marketing Assistant at Gama Consumer. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Leaseweb, followed by a role as a Marketing Executive Trainee at the same company in 2018. In 2019, they joined Klarna as a Customer Services Agent and later became a Marketing Project Manager in 2020. As a Marketing Project Manager at Klarna, they managed and tracked large-budget projects, communicated project status to stakeholders, and implemented new internal processes and documentation for CRM and Stakeholder teams to improve efficiency.
