Nate Bonsignore

Nate Bonsignore has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Nate is currently serving as the Global Head of Commercial Operations for Klarna Virtual Shopping, where they aim to make shopping smooth and establish Klarna as a preferred way to shop globally. Prior to this, they worked at HERO® as the Vice President of Commercial Operations and Vice President of Customer Operations, where they focused on adding a human touch to e-commerce and helping brands grow. Nate also served as a Customer Success Lead at HERO®.

Before HERO®, Nate worked at Talkwalker as the Head of Sales - West, where they successfully built and expanded the company's West Coast office and executed partnerships and go-to-market strategies. Nate was responsible for major social industry events and had strategic discussions with clients such as Fox Corporation and US Bank of the West.

Earlier in their career, they served as a Yoga Instructor at CorePower Yoga and held multiple roles at Tracx, including VP of Customer Success and Solutions Consultant. At Tracx, they focused on client adoption, engagement, and experience management, as well as identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships.

Nate also worked as a Success Manager at Sprinklr, where they provided enterprises with a social relationship infrastructure to optimize their communication efforts. Nate served as a Client Success Manager at newBrandAnalytics, where they worked with clients in the food and beverage and hospitality industries.

Additionally, Nate gained valuable experience as an Associate Consultant at CSC, where they developed processes, documents, and reports to support the World Trade Center Health Care Program. Nate also worked as an Education Consultant at LAMB Charter School, where they utilized social media platforms to increase the school's presence and secure a grant.

Nate's career began as a Finance Intern at Frank Smythson Ltd, where they handled corporate and wholesale invoices, managed bank accounts, and balanced accounts receivable.

Nate Bonsignore attended Buena High School, although the specific years are unknown. From 2009 to 2013, they pursued their undergraduate education at American University - Kogod School of Business, specializing in Finance and Management. In 2011, Nate also studied International Finance at the London School FIE for a year.
