Paulo Grácio has more than 15 years of work experience in various roles within the software engineering and management fields. Paulo'smost recent role was as a Senior Engineering Manager at Klarna, where they focused on delivering valuable outcomes to customers and building high-performance, scalable systems. Prior to this, they served as an Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer at Klarna, where they developed applications using Dropwizard, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Redis, and implemented CI/CD processes using Jenkins, Docker, and AWS CloudFormation.

Before joining Klarna, Grácio worked as a Back End Developer on a contract basis for Blip.pt, where they worked on Betfair's Mobile Exchange Site using Node.js and AngularJS.
