Colton Ferre

Colton Ferre is an experienced professional with a strong background in insights management and customer success. At KLAS Research since April 2020, Colton has progressed through various roles including Insights Manager, Senior Provider Success Manager, Provider Success Manager, and Executive Researcher. Prior to this, Colton worked at doTERRA International LLC from October 2013 to April 2020, holding positions such as Account Manager and Customer Service Representative, and leading as the New Hire Training Team Lead. Colton's career began at the City of Orem as a Front Desk Manager at the Orem Fitness Center. Colton holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Strategic Communication and an Associate of Science in Humanities and Social Sciences, both from Utah Valley University.
