Joseph Ybarra

Joseph Ybarra has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as an intern at SurgeFront, where they focused on creating and testing a new non-profit business model while also coaching and developing the sales process. In 2012, they founded and operated Ybarra Photography, where they served as the lead photographer and owner, handling all aspects of the business including photography, editing, marketing, and sales management.

From 2010 to 2014, Joseph joined Vivint as a Direct Sales Manager and Representative. Joseph was responsible for managing, training, and meeting sales quotas, as well as recruiting and training new sales representatives. Joseph also collaborated with other managers to research and select sales areas, develop sales incentives, and implement sales coaching.

In 2014, Joseph worked as a Direct Sales Representative at Protection 1 Security Solutions, where they excelled in building relationships, prospecting through cold calling, and closing sales.

Between 2015 and 2016, Joseph served as a Business Development Strategist at CityGro, focusing on creating and implementing strategies to drive business growth.

Joseph co-founded EnrollPro in 2016 and held multiple roles including Co-Founder, Head of Product, and Lead Developer until 2019. During this time, they played a significant role in the company's product development and management.

In 2020, Joseph worked at Banjo as a Senior Product Manager and also briefly served in the Office of the CTO. Joseph then joined KLAS Research in 2021, where they started as a Senior Product Owner for Emerging Technologies. In 2022, they advanced to the position of Senior Product Manager for Healthcare Provider Tools. Joseph continued their growth at KLAS Research and is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management.

Joseph Ybarra has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University. Joseph also has completed three Nanodegree programs from Udacity in the fields of Full Stack Web Programming, Front-End Web Development, and Machine Learning.
