Principal People Analyst at Klaviyo

Carrie Ott-Holland, PhD, serves as the Principal People Analyst at Klaviyo since August 2023. Currently, Carrie is also a Course Instructor for the R Programming course with Grow with Google on Coursera, which is part of Google's Data Analytics Career Certificate program. Since January 2022, Carrie has been writing a non-fiction book proposal on finding career fit and is engaged in pitching articles and querying agents. Previously, Carrie worked at Google from January 2015 to January 2022 in various roles, including Senior Manager of Performance Design Research, where a new performance management system was developed, and People Analytics Manager, overseeing the gDNA Survey Program. Experience also includes a position as Management Consultant for the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and internships at Google and Birkman. Carrie holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Quantitative Methods from Michigan State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Music from Rice University.
