Moksha Ahuja

Moksha Ahuja is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at KLAY Preschool and Daycare since September 2022, Moksha has previously held similar roles at HDFC ERGO General Insurance and Home Credit India, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and driving HR initiatives. At Home Credit India, Moksha contributed to performance development and organizational interventions for a workforce of approximately 1500 employees. Earlier experience includes HR operations at "The Chopras" and backend banking operations at Bank of America. Moksha holds an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI and an MBA in HR from Amity University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
