Bour Gilda

Bour Gilda has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. They started their career as an Assistant Office Manager at HOGUE INC in 1995 and worked there until 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they served as a Senior Account Clerk at San Luis Obispo Superior Court. They then joined RSM McGladrey in 2003 and worked as an Administrative Assistant and E-Learning Coordinator until 2006. In 2007, they moved to KrolLDiscovery, where they worked as a Business Analyst II until 2012. Gilda then joined KLDiscovery in 2012, initially as a Senior Project Manager and later as a Senior Project Manager/Account Lead. Their roles at KLDiscovery involved serving as the primary point of contact for clients, leading and utilizing teams to meet project objectives, and working with senior management on project scoping and engagement.

Gilda Bour's education history includes a Master's degree in History from the American Military University (2019-2021), a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the American Military University (completed in 2020), a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from California Coast University (2012-2018), undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Management from Ashford University (2010-2012), and undergraduate studies in Education from Cuesta College (1993-1995).
