Jacques Maltais

Jacques Maltais has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jacques started their career as a Convention Coordinator at SIMS Level 1, where they managed and prepared the company for medical tradeshows and organized various meetings and training sessions. Jacques then worked as an Account Executive at Edelman, assisting with the management of B2B e-commerce and technology accounts and providing daily client support and market intelligence.

After that, Jacques worked as a Senior IP Litigation Paralegal at Fish & Richardson P.C. and later at Holland & Knight LLP, where they specialized in intellectual property litigation.

In 2014, they joined KLDiscovery as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for the project management of hosted litigation discovery databases. Jacques implemented analytical features to increase efficiency in document reviews and provided consultation to clients throughout the litigation life-cycle. Jacques then progressed to the role of Manager, Hosted Services - Nebula, before their current position as the Director of Global Nebula Client Experience.

Jacques Maltais earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Providence College between 1995 and 1999. In 2002, they attended the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, completing their Professional Chefs Program and specializing in Culinary Arts. In 2015, Jacques obtained the Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification from Relativity.
