Rob Stave

Rob Stave has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Rob started their career at Nortel in 1995, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer. During their time at Nortel, they led a team of designers in developing a Java/XML based OAM tool and also worked on developing plugins for the MPE project.

In 2000, they joined Boys Named Sue as a Fiddler. In 2009, they joined InterLegis as a Software Developer. At InterLegis, they worked until 2015, before joining KLDiscovery as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for designing and coordinating the implementation of requirements across multiple remote sites.

Most recently, in 2018, Rob Stave joined Masergy as a Senior Team Lead - Soc.

Rob Stave completed their undergraduate education at UC San Diego from 1989 to 1994, obtaining a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunication Engineering. Rob then pursued further education at UCLA from 1994 to 1995, earning a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunication Engineering.
