Karen Winter

Karen Winter is an experienced retail professional with a robust background in management and sales. Currently serving as a Store Manager at Chico's FAS, Inc. since June 2016, Karen oversees sales results and key performance indicators while hiring and developing a sales-driven team. Previously, as a District Manager and District Sales Manager at Cache since March 1993, Karen focused on achieving sales plans and controlling inventory and expenses, consistently ranking in the top third for inventory results. Karen's extensive experience also includes a managerial position at Bose Corporation, overseeing a $2.5 million store, and various roles at U.S. Shoe Corporation, Casual Corner, Hit or Miss, and Carson Pirie, where Karen was recognized for excellence in sales performance and team development. Karen holds educational credentials from Robert Morris University - Illinois.
