Andrew J. Marrinucci

Andrew’s practice focuses on representing developers, owners and investors in a wide array of commercial real estate matters, including the financing, acquisition, development, repositioning and disposition of commercial real estate. His work includes drafting and negotiating financing and other real estate transactional documents, managing due diligence for single-site and multi-site transactions, advising on best practices for resolving title, survey and other due diligence issues, and counseling on corporate formation and structuring. He also has extensive experience representing lenders in commercial real estate and asset-based loan originations and restructurings.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was an associate at a multi-practice law firm in Philadelphia in their commercial real estate and finance department.
