Ciera Bennett

Ciera is a litigation paralegal well versed in legal research, court procedures and several document review platforms including Xera, eDirect 365 and Relativity. She has more than six years of project management and eDiscovery experience and more than four years of paralegal experience in very reputable firms in Philadelphia.

In her role at Klehr Harrison, she specializes in e-Discovery Database Management, search term review and modification, document review management, filing subpoenas, creating and maintaining exhibit logs and privilege logs, creating trial binders, reviewing and creating productions, performing document quality control, preparing witness kits for upcoming depositions, digesting deposition transcripts, attending trial and court hearings as a Trial Tech (utilizing OnCue) and assisting several attorneys with trial preparation.

She also is the catalyst between the attorneys and the project managers at the vendors we deal with by effectively communicating our needs, negotiating pricing and maintaining an ongoing rapport regarding the status of the projects and databases.
