Meaghan O'Hara is an experienced instructional officer with a strong background in digital learning and instructional design. Since August 2012, Meaghan has held various roles at Klein Independent School District, currently serving as the Instructional Officer for Digital Learning, where leadership of a five-member team focuses on aligning instructional projects with district goals, resulting in over 7,700 course completions. Meaghan previously worked as a Program Coordinator, designing resources for post-pandemic online learning, and as a Campus Instructional Technology Specialist, implementing technology protocols and managing professional learning. Prior experience includes serving as a Science Teacher at both Klein ISD and Katy ISD, where instructional materials and project-based learning strategies were developed for Integrated Physics and Chemistry courses. Meaghan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching and Teacher Education from the University of Arizona and dual Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Political Science from Northern Arizona University.
