Courtney Miller

Courtney Miller (Bragg) is an accomplished manufacturing leader currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at Klein Tools since September 2016, overseeing manufacturing and packaging operations with a workforce of over 300 employees. Previously held the position of Plant Manager at Klein Tools' Heritage Pkwy plant, managing operations and 220 employees focused on wire strippers and pliers. Prior experience includes roles as Manufacturing Manager and Operations Manager at Owens Corning, responsible for manufacturing line operations, team leadership, and overseeing union employees. Courtney also worked at CertainTeed Corporation as Safety, Quality Assurance & Logistics Manager, and began a career at Sunoco in various engineering co-op positions in health, safety, and environmental departments. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
