Jose Lovell

Jose Lovell is a seasoned Civil Engineer with extensive experience in water resources, engineering design, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Water Resources Engineer at Kleinfelder since May 2023, Jose previously held key positions at the City of Concord as an Associate Engineer for Private Development and at the Town of Londonderry as Assistant Director of Engineering & Environmental Services and Assistant Director of Public Works. Prior roles include Senior Project Engineer at DuBois & King, Inc., Project Engineer at Kleinfelder, and Assistant Project Engineer at Allen & Major Associates. Jose's background also encompasses risk consulting for Chubb Insurance and an internship with the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission. Jose holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
