Paul Z. Tecpanecatl

Paul Z. Tecpanecatl, AICP, has extensive experience in urban planning and development, currently serving as Principal Professional at Kleinfelder since February 1995. Previously, Paul was the Principal Owner at Poggemeyer Design Group, Inc., managing a planning department and overseeing comprehensive plans for various communities. Paul's academic contributions include teaching at the University of Toledo's Graduate Department of Geography and Planning from 1996 to 2006. Earlier roles included Housing Commissioner for the City of Toledo, where Paul managed significant federal funds for community development, a Field Services Officer at NeighborWorks America, Executive Director at Northriver Development Corp, and Neighborhood Planner at Toledo-Lucas County Plan Commissions. Paul holds a Master of Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs from Xavier University.
