Thomas Sylva

Thomas Sylva has a diverse work experience. Thomas started their career at Barclays in 2011, where they worked as a Subject Matter Expert. Thomas'sresponsibilities included writing and implementing processes, training staff, and organizing workflow. After working at Barclays, Thomas became self-employed in 2017, working as a freelance musician. Thomas organized and performed in local concerts and played a supporting role in three musical projects. In 2018, Thomas became a tour and transfer guide for Nuremberg, where they wrote scripts for local city tours, organized groups of tourists, and provided entertaining and historically accurate narratives for guests on river cruises. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Klim as a Javascript Engineer.

In 2009, Thomas Sylva began their education at Itchen College where they pursued A Levels in Music, Photography, Music Technology, and Media Studies. Thomas completed their A Levels in 2011.

In 2020, Thomas obtained a certification in Web Development Career Path from Codecademy.

In 2021, Thomas enrolled in the Full-Stack Web Developer Program at Ironhack where they completed the bootcamp from January to July, gaining expertise in web development.
