Radhika Deshpande

Radhika Deshpande currently serves as the Human Resource Information System Manager at Klöckner Pentaplast since September 2021. Prior experience includes working as a SuccessFactors Consultant at Cambridge University Press & Assessment from June 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities involved enhancements and support for various SuccessFactors modules and collaboration with HR business stakeholders. Radhika's earlier role as a Senior Consultant at Infosys from August 2007 to June 2017 involved leading teams and administering SuccessFactors for global clients, including a significant assignment for TNT Express in the UK. Radhika began as a Functional Consultant at Bristlecone, Inc. from August 2005 to August 2007, focusing on SAP HR support for major companies.
