Jose Martinez

Jose Martinez is an experienced professional in project management and team performance, currently serving as a People and Performance Coach - Graphic Arts at American Fuji since October 2022. In this role, Jose is responsible for project initiation, monitoring team performance, and providing leadership to the Graphic Arts department. Prior to this position, Jose worked at CTL PACKAGING USA as a Project Coordinator, overseeing project launches from customer contact through to delivery, and served as a Project Manager at ARA Marketing Solutions, where research and business development were key responsibilities. Jose began a career at Sprint as a Business Development Specialist, focusing on team goal-setting and performance assessments. Jose holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes, completed in 2010.
