Svenja Brandenburg has extensive experience in talent acquisition and sourcing across various industries. Svenja currently serves as the Group Director of Talent Acquisition at Klöckner Pentaplast, a global leader in recycled content products and high-barrier protective packaging. In their previous role as the Director of Talent Acquisition EMEAI at Sherwin-Williams, they were responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational talent acquisition agenda for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. Prior to that, Svenja worked at Boeing as the Global Talent Sourcing Team Lead, where they focused on enhancing the sourcing capability for passive talent globally. Svenja also held talent sourcing roles at SPX Corporation, Hitchenor Wakeford Executive Search, Armstrong Craven, and Howgate Sable. Svenja Brandenburg holds an MSc in Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
