Tessa Kinz

Tessa Kinz has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Tessa most recently worked as the HR Director for Group Functions at Klöckner Pentaplast. Prior to that, they spent several years at Schlumberger, where they served as the HR Director and Head of HR HQ Continental Europe, responsible for overseeing HR services and programs for a global business. Tessa also has experience as a Regional HR Manager at M-I SWACO, and as an HR Manager at Yahoo! Italy. Tessa began their career as an HR Executive at Actebis Computer NV and worked as an HR Project Executive and HR Training Executive at Reuters. Tessa Kinz has a proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and teams, implementing policies and standards, and developing compensation and benefit strategies.

Tessa Kinz completed a degree in Communication Science from the University of Vienna between 1993 and 1998. More recently, they obtained a Coaching Degree from The Co-Active Training Institute in 2020. Tessa also holds certifications as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, obtained in May 2021, and as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute. In addition to their formal education, Tessa has also pursued studies in Emotional Intelligence at the School of Life.
