Joyce Lee has over 20 years of work experience, starting as an intern at Huntington Communications in 2002. Joyce then worked as an Associate at GolinHarris International in Singapore, where they had primary client involvement across various industries. Joyce later joined Grayling Asia Pte Ltd as an Account Manager, serving as the day-to-day client contact for regional and local accounts across several industries. At GolinHarris, Joyce served as a Senior Account Manager, handling key clients and participating in new business pitching and recruitment. Joyce then moved on to roles at Xpand Group and Universum, where they worked as a Senior Consultant and Marketing Manager, respectively. Joyce then joined Infineon Technologies as a Manager in the Talent Network organization, focusing on employer branding and diversity. Joyce later joined LinkedIn as an APAC Employer Brand Consultant for Global Accounts. Most recently, Joyce joined GovTech Singapore as a Team Lead for Employer Branding and Communications. Joyce is currently working as the Director of Culture & Engagement at Klook. Throughout their career, Joyce has gained expertise in areas such as employer branding, communications, and talent marketing.

Joyce Lee obtained a Bachelor of Communication Studies with Honours (Second Upper) degree from Nanyang Technological University, where they studied Communication and Information from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they have acquired various certifications, such as Data Analytics for Business Professionals, Solution Sales, Making Better Decisions by Thinking in Bets, Building Resilience, Learn LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience.
