Yashas Um has a work experience in the field of software engineering. yashas started their career as a Trainee Software Engineer at Global Edge Software Ltd. from July 2017 to January 2018, where they received focused training on embedded C, data structures, Linux internals, memory management, OS internals, and tool-chain. yashas then worked as a Software Engineer from January 2018 to December 2019 and as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2020 to December 2020 at the same company. yashas'sroles involved various software engineering tasks. Currently, they work as an Embedded Engineer at Kloudspot Inc. starting from December 2020, where they utilize their skills in embedded engineering.

Yashas Um pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bapuji Institute of Engineering & Technology, Davanagere, from 2013 to 2017.
