Rajiv Arora

Rajiv Arora has been working in the IT industry since 2012. Rajiv started their career at Cryptosoft Solutions as a PHP Web Developer. In 2014, they joined Kloves Inc. as a Director of Operations - India, and later took on the role of Service-Now Developer.

Rajiv Arora's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in C.S.E from the Dewan Institute of Engineering & Technology from 2008 to 2012, and prior to that, they attended Darshan Academy from 2003 to 2008. Rajiv has also obtained several certifications from ServiceNow, including Micro-Certification in Asset Models Management, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, Agent Intelligence, and Virtual Agent, as well as Servicenow Certified Implementation Specialist -ITSM, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, and ITIL Foundation.
