Akshay Rajeev

Akshay Rajeev has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Akshay started their career as an Engineering Intern at Tata Motors, where they gained knowledge in sheet metal tool design and worked on designing various types of dies. Akshay then moved on to Isostatic Forgings International, where they continued their role as an Engineering Intern and focused on studying the design and working of a Hot Isostatic Press (HIP) unit. Akshay also conducted stress analysis and made design modifications using software like ANSYS, SolidWorks, and Autodesk Inventor.

After gaining valuable internship experiences, Akshay joined Belcan Engineering as an Engineer I for a short period. Akshay then transitioned to Thermax Ltd., where they served as a Senior Commissioning Executive, showcasing their expertise in commissioning processes.

Since 2013, Akshay has been associated with Klüber Lubrication, holding various positions within the company. Akshay started as a Business Development Manager and later served as a Sales Development Manager for the Business Unit Wind Energy. Eventually, they became the Head of Business Units Bearings and Wind Energy, overseeing operations in these areas. Recently, they have taken on the role of Head of Marketing and Product Management, APAC.
