Julia Mignelli

Julia Mignelli has a diverse work experience in various customer success and account management roles. Julia started their career as a Retail Account Buyer at Hilton Worldwide in 2014 and then moved on to Ralph Lauren as an Account Analyst in 2015. Julia joined Nudge in 2018 as a Customer Success Associate, and later became a Senior Customer Success Manager, working on customer strategy, key account expansions, and long-term customer optimization. In 2021, they joined Ten Thousand Coffees as a Customer Success Manager - Enterprise, and eventually became a Senior Customer Success Manager.
