Tom Purcell

Tom Purcell has extensive work experience in customer success and sales roles. Tom started their career as an SDR at Kluster in September 2017 and was promoted to AE in September 2018. Tom then moved to the role of Senior CSM in February 2020 and eventually became the Head of Customer Success in March 2021.

Prior to joining Kluster, Tom worked at EzyEducation Ltd as an Account Executive from August 2016 to September 2017. In this role, they served as the 2nd AE and managed a client base of 20-170 customers.

Tom Purcell attended The Portsmouth Grammar School from 2005 to 2012, where they completed their A levels. Following this, they pursued higher education at the University of Exeter from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a specialization in Law.
