Elliott Tong has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Elliott started their career as an Apprentice at TBJ, where they developed knowledge of construction and contributed to design work. Elliott then moved on to their role as an Officer Cadet at Liverpool University Officer Training Corps, where they gained leadership experience.

In 2017 and 2018, Elliott worked at the University of Liverpool Motorsport as a Drivetrain Integration and Sponsorship Assistant, where they successfully designed and implemented a bespoke fuel filler neck. Elliott also gained practical experience working in a project-driven team and assisted in designing and manufacturing key components.

From 2018 to 2021, Elliott worked as an Assistant Engineer at Platt White Partnership, where they collaborated with a Lead Engineer to deliver professional site plans and elevations. Elliott also liaised with clients to meet their demands and find solutions to their problems.

In 2019, Elliott joined Open Palm Property as a Portfolio Manager, where they managed property portfolios and maintained customer relations. Elliott also joined the University of Liverpool Motorsport as a Suspension Integration, Events & Marketing Manager, taking on responsibilities such as designing suspension systems, organizing social events, and producing marketing campaigns.

In 2021, Elliott worked at the Royal Mail as a Project Manager, overseeing projects during their tenure. Elliott then joined GRAYCE as a Change Management Consultant, working on digital transformation projects across the UK and obtaining accredited qualifications.

In 2022, Elliott joined Shell as a Communications & Success Management Lead before transitioning to their role as Founder's Associate at Kluster, where they are currently working.

Elliott Tong graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2020, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Year in China. Their field of study was focused on Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their university education, Elliott has obtained several certifications, including PowerPoint Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) from LinkedIn in August 2021, Skills for Inclusive Conversations from LinkedIn in August 2021, AgilePM® Foundation from APMG International in June 2021, and Excel 2016 Essential Training from LinkedIn in June 2021. These certifications showcase their continuous efforts to enhance their skills and knowledge in various areas.
