Caroll Guzman

Caroll Guzman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Caroll began their career as a Purchasing Manager at GRUPO BETA in 2001, and later became the Product Development & Customer Service Director at Grupobeta in 2004. In 2009, Guzman joined Gildan as the Regional Product Design & Development Manager. Caroll then transitioned to KM2 Solutions in 2012, where they held various positions including Quality Improvement Manager, Administrative Director, and Corporate Director Of Human Resources. Currently, Guzman holds the position of Vice President Corporate Human Resources at KM2 Solutions.

Caroll Guzman attended UNITEC from 1992 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering.
