Laurie Saad

Laurie Saad's work experience includes a role as a Sales Administration Coordinator at KMA Human Resources Consulting since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. for 13 years, starting as a Salon Development Partner and later being promoted to Sales Coach. In this role, they provided business consultations, product sell-in, education support, and analyzed sales benchmarks. Laurie managed 30-50 accounts and mentored other team members. Before that, Laurie worked at The Limited for 13 years, starting as a Co-Manager and progressing to Store Manager. Laurie excelled in customer service and recruited and developed sales teams.

Laurie Saad holds an Associate Degree in Fashion Merchandizing and Retail Business from Westbrook College in Portland, Maine. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained a certification as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the State of New Hampshire in August 2021.
