Kyle Tress

Kyle Tress has a diverse work experience that includes various roles in the engineering and project management fields. Kyle started their career at Boeing as a Student in 2009 and later interned at NJPACE in 2013. In 2014, they served as a Solar Intern at Ocean Solar, LLC and then as an Engineering Intern at Marina Energy Llc. Kyle continued to work at Marina Energy Llc as a Staff Engineer/Project Manager from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Kyle holds the position of Director of Solar Engineering at KMB Design Group, LLC, where they oversee the engineering and production of solar PV designs and construction drawings. Additionally, they manage subconsultants and internal staff, ensuring project deadlines and client needs are met.

Kyle Tress has a strong education background in engineering and chemistry. Kyle obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Energy Engineering from Penn State University between 2011 and 2014. In addition, they pursued coursework in Chemistry at Ocean County College from 2012 to 2013. Before their university education, they attended Upper Darby High School from 2007 to 2011, focusing on General Education. Kyle also earned a Certificate in Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) from Delaware County Community College in 2010. Lastly, Kyle obtained a CAD certification from Delaware County Community College in May 2011.
