Louise Krebs

Louise Krebs is a Scientist at KMC Amba with a background in Food Science and Technology, holding a PhD from Université Laval. Prior to their current role, Louise worked as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the same university while pursuing their doctoral degree. With experience in research and internships, Louise has focused on studying the effects of high-pressure homogenization on food properties.
